Food and Beverage Minimums

• F&B minimum for a full building buy out is $25,000 prior to tax and service fee.

• F&B minimum for a dining room buy out is $12,000 weeknight and $18,000 weekend prior to tax and service fee. 

• F&B minimum for The Loft is $2,000 prior to tax and service fee.  

• F&B minimum for The Tavern is $3,000 prior to tax and service fee. 

• CT State tax rates of 6.35% for non-food and beverage and 7.35% Food and beverage tax would apply, and a standard 20% Service Fee. 

Revised Deposit Policy

• 25% of estimated total due at signing. 

• Secondary 25% at agreed upon date between signing date and date of event. 

• Final Balance due at time of the event.

• Should you need to reschedule, or there is another state shut down, we will work with you on a new date and moving your deposit to that date. Should you decide to cancel, or the state is shut down, we would retain the initial 25% deposit for work already done.
