food and beverage minimums

• $2500 minimum spend within 30 miles of Simsbury with small trailer

• $3,500 minimum for parking lot buy out (8 tables)

• For venues - 3 day min booking with $1500 guaranteed per day.

• CT State tax rates of 6.35% for non-food and beverage and 7.35% food and beverage tax would apply, and standard 20% Service Fee.

• Travel fee may be additional dependent on distance and logistics requested

Revised Deposit Policy

• 25% of estimated total due at signing. 

• Secondary 25% at agreed upon date between signing date and date of event. 

• Final Balance due at time of the event.

• Should you need to reschedule we will work with you on a new date and moving your deposit to that date. Should you decide to cancel we would retain the initial 25% deposit for work already done.
