Tyler Anderson Catering

If you are interested in hosting an outdoor celebration, we have partnered with Sub-Edge Farm and the Hill-Stead Museum in Farmington and Rose’s Berry Farm in Glastonbury as outdoor venues where we can bring full service catering with our Tyler Anderson Catering division. These menu packages are also attached. There are separate rental rates with each location, which are determined separately. 

Beginning March 19th, the state has increased the number of guests allowable for outdoor events to 200. We are awaiting further guideline updates on table seating capacity, bar service and grazing tables. 

Food & Beverage Minimums

IN-HOME GATHERINGS WITH CHEF TYLER ANDERSON

  • $3500 weeknights

  • $6,500 weekend nights

  • CT State tax rates of 6.35% for non-food and beverage and 7.35% Food and beverage tax would apply, and a standard 20% Service Fee.

IN-HOME GATHERINGS WITH ONE OF OUR TALENTED TEAM OF CHEFS

  • Weeknights $3500

  • Weekends $5,000

  • CT State tax rates of 6.35% for non-food and beverage and 7.35% food and beverage tax would apply, and standard 20% Service Fee. 

PRIVATE EVENT BASE FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS

  • Weeknight - $8,000

  • Weekend — $15,000

Revised Deposit Policy

  • 25% of estimated total due at signing. 

  • Secondary 25% at agreed upon date between signing date and date of event. 

  • Final Balance due at time of the event.

  • Should you need to reschedule, or there is another state shut down, we will work with you on a new date and moving your deposit to that date. Should you decide to cancel, or the state is shut down, we would retain the initial 25% deposit for work already done.
